I made these in December
from a book called "
Mad about Macarons" I was given for my birthday by my daughter. Excellent book as they were a success first time. Having made them three times now I can honestly say that it is not difficult but that the procedures have to be followed precisely. However, I still find it quite nerve wracking so I reward myself by eating them (one of many special weaknesses)!
These look delicious, and you are right, it is a bit of a worry, but I have to say mine are vanishing at double quick speed so are meeting with approval from the family!
